Things You May Need to Know…

 

What Should I Expect at IBC Marshall?

We’re relaxed. Come in jeans or khakis; or if you prefer, come in a suit or dress. You’ll find a variety of styles here, and we like it that way. You will experience an excellent high quality worship service that includes a great mix between traditional and contemporary styles.

When are your services?
Early Worship at 9:30am and Late Worship at 11:00am
Sunday School for all ages is on Sundays at 8:15am and 9:45am
Wednesdays are set aside for our children’s ministries, youth ministries, and adult choir ministry at 6:30pm.

Where are you located?
We are at 2408 W. Pinecrest Dr, Marshall, TX at the intersection of Loop 390 and Hwy 43. A map can be found under the location header on our home page.

What do you believe?
We believe that we’re here to bring glory to God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. We passionately desire to worship Jesus Christ, to instruct and encourage Christians to become like Christ and to share Jesus, our savior and Lord, with the world. Should I bring a Bible?
Yes. It is important for you to follow along in the text.

Your campus looks big–how do I know where I should go?
Feel free to ask any of our members or greeters or stop by the welcome booth and tell them what you’re looking for. We have greeters at every entrance that are ready to help you.

I like IBC Marshall, how do I join?
Joining is simple! During each service, Bro. Carlton will extend an invitation for new members and new believers. Simply walk down to one of the staff members present and inform them that you would like to join. He will want to have a pre-membership meeting with you in order for you to find out more about our church. You can set up this meeting with the church office.

I Want to Be Baptized. What is the process?
You can either visit with one of our staff members during the invitation on Sunday morning or contact the church office at 903.938.8275.

I would like to get involved. How do I do that?
The best way to get involved at Immanuel Baptist Church is to join a Sunday School class. You can also look in the bulletin and this website for upcoming events.

I have kids. What kind of children and youth programs do you offer?
We’re here to help you build a foundation of faith in your children. We offer childcare during the Sunday morning services and Sunday School Classes. We also have programs for children through the sixth grade, as well as a student-themed Wednesday service for middle school and high school students. See the Children’s and Student Ministry pages under the Ministries tab on our home page.

I still have questions, what should I do?
Our Church Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Call 903.938.8275 and explain to our receptionist what area of ministry you have a question for. She will connect you to the appropriate staff member. You can also complete an information request form which is located under the Contact tab on our home page or email our office at info@ibcmarshall.com.
